Head of Production
Ross maintains oversight of all Axis Studios projects – or as he likes to put it, “organising awesome people to make amazing things.” Ross graduated from Robert Gordon University with a degree in Design for Digital Media. He joined Axis in 2014 as a Production Coordinator and quickly moved up the ranks, working across many of the studio’s most ambitious endeavours, and defining the processes for delivering projects on time, in budget, and to the highest quality. Ross supports the growth and training of the entire production department, and happens to find a few hours spent with a spreadsheet a deeply cathartic experience.
