The AXIS MENTORING PROGRAM is a student-led opportunity that welcomes those in their final year of study to address a department-specific challenge and submit their work for program consideration. Axis Studios staff generously volunteer their time to motivate and guide students. Those who are selected benefit from the expertise and counsel of an industry professional in their chosen field throughout the academic term. The mentorship programme allows students to receive up to one hour of weekly feedback, enabling them to seek specialised technical guidance from an industry expert. Both institute course leaders and mentees have reported a significant improvement in student work since embarking on the mentoring program.
We have regularly observed that students who have completed AXIS MENTORING PROGRAM, receiving valuable guidance from our Studio staff, have subsequently secured positions either directly within Axis Studios or within the broader industry.
